While the aging population grows in Latin America, many pension systems in the region face problems of coverage and financial sustainability. The Jobs Knowledge Platform presented a three-part blog series and hosted a live Google Hangout discussion in light of the recent Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) publication, "Better Pensions, Better Jobs: Towards Universal Coverage in Latin America and the Caribbean." The blog discussion also sparked a heated debate on Twitter.
